The Governing Documents Committee (GDC) is responsible for a biennial review of the Association’s governing documents to ensure alignment with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. An additional purpose of the biennial review is to ensure continued focus on community needs for stability and growth. The Governing Documents Committee (GDC) has a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7 members, each serving a 3-year term. Terms shall be staggered so that two to three members are appointed every year. Committee members shall be appointed in the documented order in which they volunteered.
